What is PPSU material?
PPSU is a thermoplastic material known for its safety, high hydrolysis stability, and high transparency. It can withstand temperatures up to 207°C, making PPSU-made bottles reusable with boiling water and microwaves. This material is also resistant to acids and alkalis, ensuring no chemical reactions occur when using detergents or general cleaning agents.
Wide Applications of PPSU Injection Molded Parts:
1. Suitable for manufacturing heat-resistant parts, insulating parts, wear-resistant parts, instrument components, and medical equipment parts. PPSU injection molded parts are also ideal for low-temperature working components.
2. In the electronics and electrical industry, PPSU injection molded parts are commonly used to make integrated circuit boards, coil bobbins, contactors, sleeves, capacitor films, and high-performance alkaline battery casings.
